Cubamex was born from a simple belief: the bold, comforting flavors of Cuba and the vibrant, fiery traditions of Mexico belong at the same table. Our chefs honor both lineages — slow-braising pernil until it melts apart, hand-pounding moles from scratch, wrapping everything in fresh tortillas and warm plantains.
